RULES AND REGULATIONS AFFECTING CLIENT-MEMBER-RELATIONSHIP

SSL is a Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and National Stock Exchange Ltd. Dealings and relationship between SSL and its Clients are governed by the following:

a. Rules, Byelaws, Regulations and Circulars / Notices of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and National Stock Exchange Ltd. issued / amended from time to time.

b. Bipartite agreement entered into between SSL and The Client and / or Tripartite Agreement entered into amongst SSL, its Sub-brokers and Clients of Sub-brokers.

c. Terms and Conditions contained in the Contract Notes (Broker's Memo / Bills).

d. Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956, and rules and regulations made thereunder.

e. Securities and Exchange Board of India Act and Regulations made thereunder.

f. Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and rules and regulations made thereunder.
