Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Processing & Settlement
o Ensure timely confirmation, allocation, and settlement of institutional trades across Equity, Derivatives, and Currency segments.
o Coordinate with custodians, clearing members, and exchanges (NSE/BSE) to ensure settlement obligations are met without fail.
2. Client Coordination
o Act as a liaison between institutional clients, dealers, custodians, and internal teams.
o Ensure smooth trade lifecycle from order placement to settlement and reporting.
3. Trade Reconciliation & Reporting
o Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and funds with custodians and internal systems.
o Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches, or discrepancies.
o Generate trade files, STP confirmations, and client-wise reports.
4. Compliance & Documentation
o Ensure adherence to SEBI/Exchange regulations and internal SOPs related to institutional operations.
o Maintain complete documentation for trades, confirmations, settlements, and client communications.
o Assist in preparing reports required for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
5. Corporate Actions & Settlements
o Track and process corporate actions such as dividends, buybacks, and rights issues relevant to institutional trades.
o Coordinate timely pay-in/pay-out of securities and funds.
6. System Handling
o Operate relevant back office and settlement systems (e.g., LD, NSE EOBI, NSCCL/Clearing Corporation portals).
o Coordinate with IT and product teams for process automation and system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Institutional Back Office/Settlement Operations in a stockbroking or clearing firm.
