o Act as the primary point of contact for all trading-related queries and requests from institutional clients.
2. Sales & Trading:
o Execute trades on behalf of institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
o Identify and introduce relevant investment opportunities, including equity, debt, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
o Coordinate with research teams to present market insights, company reports, and sector-specific recommendations to clients.
o Monitor market trends, price movements, and macroeconomic factors affecting the markets to provide timely and actionable investment advice.
3. Market Insights & Advisory:
o Provide in-depth market analysis and recommendations based on research, technical analysis, and market conditions.
o Share insights on key economic and industry developments that could impact client portfolios and investment strategies.
o Attend client meetings and conferences to provide presentations on market outlook and stock recommendations.
4. Business Development:
o Prospect for new institutional clients and explore opportunities to grow the institutional business.
o Work closely with internal research, operations, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and servicing of new clients.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and service excellence.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in relation to trading and client interactions.
o Maintain an accurate record of all transactions and communications as per the firm's compliance guidelines.
o Manage risk effectively by adhering to risk management practices and ensuring that client trades are conducted within agreed risk parameters.
6. Reporting & Performance Metrics:
o Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends.
o Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the firm.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in institutional sales, stockbroking, or related fields.
• Certifications: NISM Certifications, SEBI registration, or other relevant certifications as required by regulatory authorities.
