Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. CFA qualification is a plus.
o Certifications: NISM Certifications, SEBI registration, or other relevant certifications as required by regulatory authorities.
o Should have valid NISM Research Analyst Certification.
• Experience:
o Minimum 5-7 years of experience in equity research, analysis, or a similar role in stockbroking or financial services.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment strategies.
o Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel, and other financial databases.
• Analytical Skills:
o Ability to interpret financial data and economic trends to make sound investment recommendations.
• Communication Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Attention to Detail:
o High level of accuracy in preparing reports and financial models.
